Iso AI operates this website and Reliability Studio. This policy covers the public website, documentation, and messages sent through the contact paths on this site. Customer data processed inside Reliability Studio may also be governed by an order form, service agreement, or data processing agreement.

Your email address, name, organization, and message when you contact us.
IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, and security logs generated by hosting infrastructure.
Pages viewed and named website actions after you accept analytics. We do not enable advertising tracking, session replay, or personal profiles on this site.
Information associated with Studio access or a commercial relationship, where applicable and subject to the relevant service terms.
3. How and why we use information
- Respond to product, research, partnership, support, privacy, security, and accessibility requests.
- Provide, secure, debug, and improve the website and related services.
- Understand page popularity and conversion paths when you consent to analytics.
- Administer beta access, customer relationships, billing, and legal obligations where applicable.
- Detect abuse, protect users, and enforce applicable terms.
Depending on the context and law, we rely on consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as security, support, and product improvement. Where analytics depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent through Cookie settings.
