1. Acceptance and scope

By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms. If you use Reliability Studio for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization. If a signed agreement or order form conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the covered service.

2. Public information is not a safety approval

Website examples, documentation, pricing descriptions, and reliability evidence are informational. They do not certify a system, replace engineering judgment, or authorize deployment in a safety-critical or regulated environment. You remain responsible for validation, supervision, legal compliance, and release decisions.

3. Beta and service availability

Features identified as beta may change, be limited, or be discontinued. Availability of managed compute varies by provider, region, workload, and demand. Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, public descriptions do not create a capacity reservation, service-level commitment, or guarantee of uninterrupted access.

4. Accounts, purchases, and compute

Account access, subscriptions, trials, prepaid balances, managed compute, and professional services may require additional terms. You must keep account credentials secure and authorize only workloads you have the right to run. Estimates are not final charges; applicable service terms govern metering, holds, reconciliation, taxes, refunds, and usage limits.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the website or related services to:

  • Violate law, third-party rights, sanctions, or export controls.
  • Probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or compromise security or access controls.
  • Upload malware, steal credentials, mine cryptocurrency without authorization, or operate abusive workloads.
  • Misrepresent evidence, remove provenance, or claim that an unresolved result is certified.
  • Use another person’s data, models, systems, or infrastructure without permission.

6. Intellectual property and open source

Iso AI and its licensors retain rights in the website, branding, and proprietary services. Open-source SDK and CLI materials are governed by the license included with their source repositories. You retain rights in material you submit, while granting the limited permissions needed to provide the requested service. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation.

7. Third-party services

Links and integrations may lead to third-party services with their own terms and privacy practices. Iso AI is not responsible for third-party content or services merely because they are linked or interoperable.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public website and materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Iso AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from public website use. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

9. Changes, suspension, and contact

We may update these Terms and revise the date above. We may suspend access to protect users, systems, or legal compliance. Questions or legal notices can be sent to hello@iso-obs.com. Applicable law governs these Terms without displacing mandatory rights available in your jurisdiction.
